Welcome to Sri Shivalingeshwar Blog
Sri Shivalingeshwar Temple is located at Savalagi village of Kalaburagi district and it is just 15kms away from kalaburagi by road. It is believed that this temple was built more than 100 years ago and this God is the incarnation of Lord Shiva also called as Mahadeva(God of all gods), the most powerful supreme being of Hindu's and other religions who fulfills ones wishes and removes all obstacles in their life.
Sri Shivalinesgwar Jatra (Car festival) is held in the month of March or April every year and it witnesses over tens of thousands of devotees to seek lords blessing on this auspicious occasion.
There are 365 temples spread across the country on the name of Sri Shivalingeshwar Math to protect his devotees from sorrows and fulfill their ones wishes.
